Appointed as IT programme manager to deliver all the
technology required to support the new service. The
work required careful coordination of several streams

The project was brought in on time in only 10 months
and within the £15m budget.
Introduction of project management disciplines to provide
sustainable improvement in project delivery capability.
Working closely with all the stakeholders, defined and
established new project manager roles and a project
management methodology. Developed and managed an innovative
training programme to improve project related skills
in both IT and business departments. Developed formal
IT methods and standards and introduced change control

Integration of two separate finance functions following
the acquisition and merger of two Paris based subsidiaries.
Project managed the integration of the two finance functions
involving 130 people. Managed streams responsible for
account reconciliation, systems rationalisation and
implementation of new quality procedures. Particular
responsibility for employee communications and stakeholder
engagement in Paris, London and the USA.
